This year was not easy and its events touched everyone without exception. Though, it became special for ARTS. Summing up, we have something to be proud of. — We celebrated the 20th anniversary of the company. This is pretty long period of time that proves we have both feet firmly on the ground, have great professional experience, continue to improve and are ready to perform any tasks. — Updated production workshop has been launched. It is equipped with specialized equipment for manufacture of round and rectangular ventilation ducts, fittings, custom-made parts, air filters for ventilation systems. Each manufactured product undergoes strict internal control.  — The company is included in the list of prequalified suppliers of Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP. Rating of qualified potential supplier is 83%. ARTS is also a commodity producer of the JSC “Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund”. — ARTS’s success has always been and remains to be due to its good relationships with customers and partners. ARTS completed works on upgrade of its own production base in 2020. Updated workshop for the production of rectangular and circular air ducts was launched the same year. The workshop is equipped with up-to-date equipment. There is a machine with rigid forming rings for manufacture of spiral-wound circular air ducts. The machine manufactures a large number of products with excellent quality features. All products have very tight seam and stable geometrical arrangement. There is a plasma cutting machine in the ARTS workshop and we have a chance quickly and accurately cut curved segments for manufacture of fabricated parts. After cutting fabricated parts, such work pieces are processed on special machine for manufacture of segment elbows. Fittings are assembled in automatic mode. The process of cutting and assembling is the most time-consuming. All operations are performed as quickly as possible in our workshop equipped with special machines. This way, continuous flow of high quality products in large numbers is ensured. Capabilities of the workshop and existing processing lines allow us to accept individual orders in accordance with our client’s needs. During 20 years of operation, core value of ARTS has been and remains to be a team of highly competent employees who are true experts in their field. ARTS specialists have been providing maintenance of climatic equipment in the course of implementation of Cargo Transportation Route (CaTRo) project. Upon completion of works, our employee, Sergey Skrupskiy, was awarded an honorary diploma. It confirms high level of professionalism of our colleagues where each of them is an essential part of the team. CaTRo Project consisted of large-scale bottom deepening works for construction of sea channel used for barges entering Prorva in order to transport oversized cargo from the northeastern part of the Caspian Sea to Tengiz. In total, CaTRo includes several locations as follows: sea channel, cargo offloading facility (COF), cargo storage facility (CSF), and freight road.

There are various international standards that establish certain norms for communication between supplier and consumer. ISO is one of the largest and most significant organizations involved in the development of international standards. ISO certificate is an official document issued by certification body which confirms that the management of a certified company complies with standards. Today ARTS holds the following certificates: ISO 45001 “Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems”, ISO 14001 “Environmental Management Systems”, and ISO 9001 “Quality Management Systems”. High quality of our work has been our key priority for more than 10 years. We began to implement quality management system back in 2010. In 2011, we passed certification in National Center for Expertise and Certification. We always continue to improve in this direction. This way, ARTS was certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 by BUREAU VERITAS, international certification body in 2020. Specialists of certification body noted the strengths of our company in the course of audit. They noted we are willing to improve production and management processes as well as the use of software products in the management system (CRM Bitrix24). The aforesaid proves clear and well-coordinated operation and regulated processes of the company. According to safety standard, ISO 45001, and environmental management standards, ISO 14001 ARTS has been certified since 2016. ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, is a new standard that substitutes the previous OHSAS 18001. Our company passed certification right after the new standard was adopted as we constantly try to improve and comply with the time. The company implemented risk management in 2019 and switched to ISO 31000: 2018 in 2020. Passing ISO certification is voluntary but such a step is a guarantee that a company carries out its activities at the high level in accordance with accepted international standards.

ARTS team has implemented many projects over the last years. One of them is Center for Development and Communications named after Nurlan Balgimbayev. CDC named after N.Balgimbaeva is the pride of the Atyrau Region in the field of education in the oil and gas industry. The center was built at own expenses of family of the famous statesman Nurlan Balgimbaev who devoted his life to the oil industry and left a large footprint in the history of Independent Kazakhstan. CDC occupies a three-story building with an area of ​​4 thousand square meters. There are high-quality laboratories and classrooms where future oil and gas industry specialists master and improve their skills of drilling, oil production/processing by using modern technologies. ARTS team was very responsible when supplying and installing special equipment for CDC. It was important for us to comply with high requirements for arrangement of microclimate systems in this educational institution. We had to consider availability of laboratories and create comfortable and safe conditions for students and teachers of the Center. While implementing this project, ARTS has completed the following operations: — Supply and installation of Daikin multi-zone system — Supply and installation of Daikin a coil system for chiller-fan  — Supply and installation of Yenisei free-cooling unit and Daikin duct air conditioner for server room — Supply and installation of Z-shaped air cooler — Manufacturing of air ducts — Supply and installation of ventilation systems — Binding of refrigeration system.
